    A 65-year-old woman was jailed for 39 months today after admitting acting as a loan shark while helping her son supply drugs.Carole Low pleaded guilty to illegally lending money between 2018 and 2025.This case shows how illegal lending can often be linked to all sorts of other criminality, such as drug dealing.
